The Pattern Committee was delighted to welcome TV pundit and broadcaster George Hook to Ardmore on Wednesday (14 July), from where he broadcast his Newstalk 106-108FM show, The Right Hook. George came to Ardmore to show his support for the Pattern Festival and he broadcast his drivetime radio programme live from the Cliff House Hotel, before posing for some photographs with the Pattern Committee.
George was very impressed with Ardmore and gave the village and the Festival numerous mentions during the two-and-a-half hour show, prompting many texts and calls from listeners in praise of Ardmore as a holiday destination. We are extremely grateful to George for taking the time to come to Ardmore and for all his support for the Festival.
Have a look at our Photos section for images from George’s visit to Ardmore. It’s all adding to the excitement and the build-up!!! Roll on the 23rd July!!
